Loan repayments
What a loan would take to clear, two ways round: set the term and see the monthly payment, or set a payment and see how long it would run. The interest is laid out all-up and year by year, so nothing about the cost of borrowing hides in the payment.

Put in what you'd borrow and the rate it's quoted at. Nothing here is saved and nothing touches your accounts.

About this calculator
What convention does it use?
Standard amortization at APR divided by 12, compounded monthly — the convention loans are quoted in. Fixed rate, no fees, no extra payments assumed. A lender's own figures are what count, and they may differ.
What if the payment never clears it?
If the monthly payment is at or under the interest added each month, the balance never shrinks — every payment just feeds the interest. The page states the interest-only amount so the threshold is visible, and it never truncates that state into a misleading long term.
